1 of 30 is a real estate investment company established in Atlanta, Georgia in 2018 by Alex and Leslie Garcia to carry our long term vision of acquiring and managing rental properties.

The 1 in 1 of 30 signifies our first property of the 30 that we thought we had to buy to get ourselves through our initial launch phase but as it often happens, things don’t always go as planned and real estate in particular offers ample opportunities to grow and diversify in ways that most other industries do not.

We set out to buy single family residential properties (SFR) and did but in the process we learned of ways to pivot our business into paths that we had never considered when we were developing our strategy.

Today our vision and long term strategy remain but the vehicle to get us there continues to evolve into new and exciting ways to grow our portfolio and holdings.

We are passionate about real estate and want to use this platform as a way to get ourselves out in front of potential sellers, buyers, renters, investors and others with whom our paths may cross in this exciting industry.

We continue to reside in East Cobb, a suburb of Atlanta where we live with our five kids and two cats. We own other businesses in manufacturing, retail and coaching.
